We are delighted to announce that we are now accepting applications for new properties on www.dreamireland.com.  

If we feel we would have business for your property we work on the following basis: 

  • No annual or set up fee to be featured on our website www.dreamireland.com
  • We work simply on a commission basis of 17.5% subject to VAT (currently at 23%) on all bookings we have for your property
  • We pay our home owners net of commission on a monthly basis. From an owner point of view this works well as the only time you're paying a fee is when we have actual business for you.
  • We would require “LIVE” availability of your property for our website to maximise our chances of converting bookings for you.  We do not insist on exclusivity of your property so you are still free to work with other agents but it does mean that we must be kept updated on any “close out dates” you have.
  • No penalty for owner bookings.
  • Please note that as Dream Ireland are a sales, marketing and reservations agency only, it is your responsibility as the homeowner to arrange someone locally to take care of the cleaning of your property and who will be available to meet and greet and hand over keys to your guests.

Initially we require:

  • Good quality images of your property, interior & exterior - the larger, the better.
