Final Dimensions is a fantastic large family house with a beauty, massage & hair salon with sauna & jacuzzi for private hire in a separate building located at the back of the house.

The house has 6 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.  There are 2 double bedrooms downstairs and another 3 doubles upstairs along with a twin bedroom. 

There is a large comfortable sitting room ith a 52'' TV and cosy gas fire.  The living room offers incredible uninterrupted views of Portmagee, Valentia and Caherciveen.

The kitchen cum dining room is open plan and very spacious and contains all the modern conveniences you would require during your stay.

The garden is a children's paradise with a swing and slide along with a trampoline and an big area to play football.

Please note that bed linen and towels are provided for your stay however please bring along your own beach towels.

Heating and lighting is an extra charge payable on departure at €1 euro per person per day.

LOCATION

Portmagee has lots to offer with trips to the Skellig Rocks available from the pier which can be pre-organised.  Fishing, angling, golfing, horseriding and walks such as Bray Head and Geokaum Mountain are a must, and a lot of other outdoor activities are also close at hand.  You can take a day trip around the fantastic Ring of Kerry, whilst Ballinskelligs Beach is only a few minutes drive away. 

South Kerry offers various kids camps throughout the summer from football, swimming, watersports and outdoor pursuits to pony camps.  A major festival happens in Caherciveen the first week in August which is also only a few minute’s drive away.  There is a huge variety of restaurants to choose from with the award winning Mooring Restuarant only a few minutes away.

LOCATED IN SOUTH KERRY APPROX 1 HOUR FROM KILLARNEY ON THE N70, HEAD FOR CAHERCIVEEN & WATERVILLE. AFTER LEAVING CAHERCIVEEN AND APPROX 4KM IS A SIGN POST FOR PORTMAGEE AND VALENTIA TO THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, 6 KMS FROM THIS TURN OFF YOU WILL SEE A SIGN FOR FINAL DIMENSIONS ON YOUR LEFT HAND SIDE.
