This is a beautiful stone house set in its own grounds in the tranquil village of Mulranny right on the coast of County Mayo. The house itself offers spectacular sea views over Clew Bay with the magnificent Crough Patrick in the background.

There are four spacious bedrooms in the house all of which are ensuite. There are two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms. One of the twin bedrooms is wheelchair accessible and has a wheel-in shower.

The sitting room has a lovely baby Grand Piano, CD Player, Stereo System and open fire. There is a television and dvd player in this house. Floor to ceiling windows are a superb feature of this sitting room offering panoramic views.

The Kitchen is well appointed and stocked with all modern conveniences including 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, american-style fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Just outside the living room is a lovely patio area for sitting and enjoying the views or for outdoor dining.

There is a gorgeous blue flag sandy beach within a ten minute walk of Ealain Uisce and the village of Mulranny (15 minute walk) features two seasonal restaurants, two small grocery shops and pubs with live music some evenings. The town also has its own 9 hole golf course. This is the ideal holiday destination for anyone with an interest in golfing, hillwalking, fishing or simply relaxing and enjoying superb views in a delightful location.

The towns of Westport, Castlebar, Newport and the island of Achill are all within a 25 mile radius.
